If you have login problems or you're returned to the home page
follow these instructions. If access problem is not resolved contact us
direct not the billing company as they will just pass your enquiry to us
which will delay getting a resolve.
Our site security is cookie based so any security
software, firewalls, popup blockers or Adaware style software must be
set to allow cookies.
1: Firewalls check the levels of security you have set.
On most walls the medium setting is high enough however it is a little
trial and error so please adjust to suit. Norton firewalls if you have
issues then go to /Privacy / Advanced / Defaults / Information about
visited sites / Permit (changed from permit same site) Zone Alarm third
party cookies need to be enabled.
2: If you are using any download managers or agents
these can cause issues so you may need to isolate these. Opera browser
has built in manager !
3. Check your browser privacy setting on IE medium is
accessible and security set to default
4: Pop up blockers can be troublesome again isolate if
there is a problem similar Adaware style software.
5: Check you are adding the User/Pass as you registered
it as our access is case sensitive.
6: Check that your user/pass hasn't expired. You can do
this via the billing processors Customer support area which details will
be on your initial confirmation mail.
7: If you pick up a bad URL you may need to clear
history and temp internet files
an do a cold full reboot to clear cached memory.
8: Multiple attempts at login will disable your access,
if you release your user/pass to the public domain it will be suspended
very quickly so don't do it or you will lose access without refund and
you will be blacklisted via our billing processors which will prevent
you from joining any other sites they process for.
